The crunchy glazed shell, full of cocoa and hazelnuts, enriched by broken hazelnuts from Piedmont, in a light dough where the protagonist is the Chocolate, used in all its forms. The cocoa makes the leavened dough sublime, the Three Chocolates enrich it: the Dark Chocolate, the creamy Gianduia from Piedmont and the Milk Chocolate with its sweet hint of Caramel.
Here paired with a pastry bag full of “La Tortorella ®”. Such a simple union, but so perfect.
