The bright dough, which the sourdough starter slowly grows, is enriched with juicy apricots and Sicilian tangerine. Italian olive oil and Bourbon vanilla finally generously envelop the dough. The crunchy glazed shell, rich in almond and hazelnut, studded with sugar and Sicilian almonds, entertains the palate from the first bite.
