A crunchy hazelnut and cocoa glazed shell reveals a light dough in which the protagonists are juicy apricots and Chocolate: the cocoa to sublimate the leavened dough, the apricot to embellish it, the Chocolate to honour that Austrian memory. The ripe, melting fruit that almost becomes jam plays in a delicate balance with the intense flavour of the chocolate, the elegance of the cocoa and the hazelnuts from Piedmont .Packaging
